Registering for VirtualCare

Some of our providers are now offering virtual visit appointments.

ONLY PROCEED WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW IF YOU HAVE BEEN ASKED BY OUR OFFICE TO REGISTER FOR VIRTUAL CARE.

A virtual visit will allow you to have an appointment with your provider through secure chat messaging, phone or video.

VirtualCare is not appropriate for the renewal of narcotic medications.
